Benefits of the feature
This feature allows you to compare your entities with up to five competitors, providing valuable benchmarking insights. By understanding how your performance measures up against the competition, you can identify opportunities for growth and improvement, making informed decisions to enhance your strategy.
Manage direct competitors
The Direct Competitors feature in CXP enables entity owners and admins to define competitors for each entity, according to your plan. This feature simplifies competitor monitoring and data analysis, supporting more effective strategic decision-making.
Access the Entities tab
- Navigate to the Entities tab to view a list of all your entities.
- Use the search option in the upper-right corner to quickly locate a specific entity.
Select the entity
- Go to the Competitors tab for the chosen entity.
- Click the Add competitors button.
Add competitors
- In the next screen, search the database for competitor entities.
- Check the box next to the desired competitor’s name to add it to the list.
View and remove competitors
- On the right side of the screen, view the list of currently selected competitors.
- To remove a competitor, click the X on the right side.
Save your changes
- Once you've finished editing your competitor list, click Save in the bottom-right corner to confirm your changes. Please be aware that changes made to competitors take up to 60 minutes to be reflected in the Competitors dashboard.
