December Release Notes

Here’s what’s new in our latest release! This month, we’ve introduced several updates to improve your experience with TrustYou, from advanced user access settings to a redesigned interface for better usability.

Invite user: use rules to define the access rights

When inviting new users to your CXP subscription, you can now define their access rights using rules. This feature allows you to create detailed access combinations, such as granting access to entities based on a specific brand or country.

How to use it:
Navigate to Users → Invite User, then select Advanced selection while defining the user’s data access. 

New navigation

We’ve revamped the navigation for a more streamlined experience. All dashboards are now grouped under the Insights menu item, providing direct access to essential modules and features. This reorganization ensures you can find what you need faster and more intuitively.

New Home page

The updated home page has been designed to give you direct access to Dashboards as well as key areas such as Reports, Benchmark setup and Survey management. This new layout simplifies the way you navigate to important tools and settings.

Dashboard redesign

We’ve redesigned our dashboards to make them cleaner and easier to navigate. Here’s what’s changed:

• Widget updates: Widgets now feature a clean, white design.
• Improved tables: Tables are interlined for better readability.
• Overtime graph updates: Timeframe selectors are now embedded within widgets.
• Segmentation dropdowns: Segmentation options are dropdowns within widgets.
• New filters design: Filters are compact, enabling you to view more options simultaneously. They’re easy to open and close for quick adjustments.

Major Inbox's filters improvements

Our Inbox filters have undergone a complete overhaul to enhance usability and introduce new capabilities:

• Usability enhancements: Filters now include an Apply button for saving selections. They are searchable, allowing you to type and find options quickly. Advanced filters have been grouped under the Advanced category for a cleaner layout.

• New "Surveys" filter: Filter reviews by specific Surveys, such as Post-stay or On-site, for a focused view.

• New "Visit data" filter: Filter Survey reviews by PMS data points like name, start date, or room number for granular control.

Customer visit data for Survey reviews

Survey reviews now display all associated visit information from the PMS data available at the time of feedback request creation. This integration allows you to access key visit details seamlessly while reviewing survey responses.
