responseAI Enhancements

Responses can be generated for reviews without text (score only) and can be specific to the sector the entity belongs to (i.e. the technology will recognize if the response is for a hotel, restaurant, attraction, etc. review).

Organization Profile

Owners and Administrators can change their organization name and logo within their Settings. 

Inbox Exporting and Notifications

In May, we made the inbox suitable for multi-entity access, restricting the maximum number of entities for which reviews are shown to 25.

In this release, we will:
1. Adapt the CSV exports to show the entity name that the review belongs to

2. Adapt the notifications so that a maximum of 25 entities are included in the daily emails (the entities included can be configured from the settings)

New Manager Role

For multi-entity accounts, the current user roles are Admin, Editor, and Read-Only. With this release a new role, “Manager" will be introduced and allow for delegation of entity configurations, such as inviting users and setting up competitors*.

*This role will not be able to add entities, but will have the rights to manage them.
