Survey Insights - Reviews (First Iteration)
This release includes a new section that allows customers to visualize and analyze answers to their survey questions, and enables them to understand key insights based on scores or answer selections, providing valuable information for analysis and decision-making.
Enhanced Inbox Performance for Multi-Entity Users (First Iteration)
Customers with multi-entity access will experience better performance when using the Inbox, with a new limit to the number of reviews that can load at one time (up to 25 entities) and a default view of “Last 7 days”.
Filters within the Inbox can now be adjusted and added as a saved view.
(Dashboard) Download and Schedule Reports in Excel Format (First Iteration)
Customers can download and schedule Dashboard reports in Excel format (current options are PDF, PNG, and CSV).
Dashboard UI Improvements
We are standardizing the look and feel of widgets across the different dashboards for better navigation and a consistent experience across the platform.
Saved Dashboard Filters
Users can now define and save selected filters in their Dashboard. Filters can be named/labeled and will update their Dashboard with one click - no more need to continuously set up preferred views from scratch.
Multi Subscription Management
Organization Owners and Admins will be able to configure and handle all subscriptions in their organization in one place, including user and entity management.
