Manage Visit Data Points

From the settings you can now visualize and manage your PMS data points. Use the standard ones or create custom ones to import data from your PMS. The data points available in the settings can be later be user to condition questions in surveys, use as email placeholders or filter data in inbox and dashboards.

ResponseAI model improvements

We have released and update to our ResponseAI model so it better structure the response information. Now the salutation, the content and the signature are cleared structured in the answer. We also improved the model to the latest version of the technology for more accurate responses.

Survey real-time notifications

It is now possible to be notified in real time via email, of new survey reviews arriving to your inbox. Just go to the notification settings in your profile and select for which surveys you want to be notified in real time.

New dashboard - Survey statistics

We have introduced a new dashboard to visualize your survey conversion and distribution statistics. This can be found under Insights -> Survey statistics

Semantic Analysis improvement for the European Languages

We have made improvements in the Semantic Analysis for the main European languages (DE, ES, FR, IT, PT) which are now powered by AI, with more and better matches. We will continue to work over the next weeks in the Asian ones.

Inbox is mobile ready

Now it is possible to access the inbox from the mobile browser to read and respond to reviews. All the features available in the web version are available in mobile.
