Custom Attributes Management

When first setting up your account, a file was uploaded with all of your custom attributes - regions, brands, star rating, etc. to better segment your data for the best insights and guest data experience. With this release, you are now able to configure both the definitions and values of your custom attributes directly in the UI for better flexibility.

Dashboard: Revamped Reporting

We are revamping our reporting engine to rectify some bugs and scalability issues, to ensure that all of your reporting needs are met with ease and accuracy in a dedicated dashboard.

Internal / Backend Performance Improvements!

While we generally discuss the new client-facing features, we also consistently work on backend and database improvements which are equally important. You should see faster load times and cleaner data all around!
