Survey Insights and Dashboard: Response Rate
The Response Rate KPI for surveys have been added to both the Survey Insights Dashboard and Reviews Dashboard (for public surveys) for a more holistic look at your response data.
Inbox: Filter by Language
In CXP Inbox, you’ll see an additional filter available for review language. This will allow for additional and more granular segmentation options when going through your reviews.
Inbox and Dashboard: Sentiment Analysis for Survey Review Text
Sentiment analysis is available for the review text question in your survey and will be available in the Inbox. If the review text is flagged as "public", this semantic analysis effects the semantic analysis dashboard for a comprehensive look at all of your guest feedback.
Inbox: Manual Review Deletion
As can currently be done in Classic, you now have the ability to remove a review from your Inbox that has been removed from its source of origin. Once the review has been removed, it will no longer impact any scores or KPIs. Your “deleted” and “marked as deleted” reviews can still be found in the Inbox using those selected filters if needed (and can still be exported if selected).
*Remember that the review has to be removed from its source of origin first before being successfully removed from TrustYou. Only reviews from the last 75 days can be deleted.
