Sentiment Analysis: New Subcategory
A new subcategory, “Smell”, was added to the main category of “Cleanliness” in our sentiment analysis. Now, when a customer mentions “smell” or “odor” in their review, it will be added to this category accordingly and impact your sentiment analysis KPIs.
New Survey Moderation
When a TrustYou Survey review was marked as inappropriate, there was a 72 hour moderation period and was previously handled by TrustYou. The new moderation is now immediate and handled by your team internally, for more autonomous control over your reviews. You can flag a review in your Inbox and submit your reasoning for the removal. Your Admins should enable their notifications (located in their Profile) to get emails whenever there is a request to approve or deny an appeal for removal. There are also additional filters within your Inbox so that you can segment reviews based on their status, including the flagged and/or removed reviews.
Benchmarking Management
We have now rolled out an enhanced version of the Benchmarks! This release enables Admin Enterprise users to create, update, and delete benchmarks with two flexible options to select your own and competitor entities:

All created benchmarks can be visualized and filtered in the Dashboard under the Benchmarks tab.
