Multi-Entity Membership

We have already implemented the single-entity seat concept, where users can be assigned to one entity (hotel, restaurant, etc.) in a multi-entity (portfolio) subscription. We are now evolving this concept with multi-entity seats, where one user can be assigned to multiple entities, one at a time.*

*Each time the user is assigned to an entity, one user is consumed.

Dashboard Entity Scores

We have added the source scores that are present on the OTA’s themselves (examples of Google and Booking.com below). Customers can then track the scores that their properties have specifically on these sources, as an additional data point to the aggregated data we have from all sources.

Survey Insights - Filter by Non-Standard (Custom) Questions

With this release, you will be able to filter your Survey Insights dashboard by up to three (3) custom questions to drill down into specific trends in your survey responses and data.

Improved Survey Submission UI

After the first round of survey migrations from our Classic platform to CXP, we noticed some flaws in the submission UI of the new surveys. This release will improve the general look and feel and increase the customization capabilities of the survey submission UI.
