Text contents are visual assets used within Surveys and Email Invitations to enhance communication with guests. Unlike Survey Questions, text contents do not collect data and are not part of analytics. Instead, they serve as reusable design and messaging elements that improve the overall guest experience.
These contents are managed through the Content Library, enabling teams to reuse consistent messaging across multiple questionnaires and reduce the effort involved in writing and translating texts from scratch.
Benefits of the Feature
Consistency Across Campaigns: Create once, reuse often—maintain brand tone and accuracy across different Surveys.
Efficiency and Scalability: Reduce time spent on crafting and translating recurring texts.
Flexible and Structured: Choose from multiple content types, each with its own layout and formatting rules to suit different use cases.
