Overview of the Feature
The Content Library in the Survey Manager section allows you to upload and manage images. These images can later be used when designing and customizing Survey themes, ensuring a visually consistent and brand-aligned experience.

How to Upload an Image
To upload a new image to the Content Library:

Navigate to the Content Library

Go to the Survey Manager section.

Select the Content Library tab.

Click on Images.

Start a New Upload

Click the New Image button.

A dialog window will appear.

Add a name for internal reference (optional). This is not visible to guests. If left blank, the file name will be used.

Upload the Image

Drag and drop your file or click to select it from your computer.

Supported formats: PNG and JPG.

Maximum file size: 1 MB.

Recommended dimensions: Aspect ratio 4:1, minimum size 800 × 200 px.

Confirm Crop
-
After uploading, confirm the crop to ensure the image appears as expected.

Make sure the uploaded image matches the recommended size and ratio to avoid distortion.

After Upload
Once uploaded, your image will appear in the Images Overview section of the Content Library, ready to be used in your Survey themes.
