The Text Content Usage feature lets you see which questionnaires and Surveys are using a specific piece of text content. Before editing it, you can check where it's being used so you know exactly what might be affected by your changes.

When Is the Usage Tab Available
The Usage tab appears only when you're editing existing text content. It's not available when creating new content.
To access it, open a text content item in the editor and click the Usage tab.
How to View Text Content Usage
- Open a text content item in the editor.
- Click the Usage tab.
- You'll see a list of all questionnaires that include this content.
- For each questionnaire, the name of its corresponding Survey is also displayed.
Opening a Questionnaire from the Usage List
You can go directly to any questionnaire listed in the Usage tab without leaving the editor.
- Find the questionnaire you want to open.
- Click the contextual menu button next to it.
- Select Open in Editor.
- The questionnaire editor opens in a new tab.
Note: You need to be an owner or admin with access to all Entities to use this feature.
