To enable TrustYou to send Survey emails to your guests, you must provide visit data to our platform. This data is essential for automating the distribution of Surveys via email, allowing you to collect valuable feedback from your guests after their stay or interaction with your business.
You can integrate your visit data into TrustYou in four primary ways:

Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)

Direct Integration

Manual Upload
The manual uploads enables you to manually upload guest data files directly through the user interface. This allows you to import guest records when automated integrations are not available or suitable.
To perform a manual upload:
Prepare your file in Excel or CSV format with the appropriate data fields.
Upload it directly to the specific Survey and Entity in the platform.
