Request guest data upload – TrustYou CXP

Overview

Since the manual upload feature is not yet available in CXP, TrustYou offers a temporary solution through a “Request manual upload” process managed by the TrustYou Team via the ticketing system.

How to request a manual upload

Users can select the “Request manual upload” option within the Survey Manager. This action redirects them to a manual upload ticket form.

Alternatively, users can access the manual upload ticket form directly from the Help section in the top-right corner of CXP.

File format versions

CSV file

The TrustYou feed file format is a CSV without header line. The columns are separated by semicolon (;). The values don’t have quotation marks. The file encoding is UTF8. There are following columns expected:

HOTEL_ID	Unique identifier of a hotel provided by TrustYou. This identifier can be customized to your own hotel code/identifier upon request; the identifier has to be unique within the same group of hotels.	Yes

What happens after you submit the request?

Our team receives the manual upload request and processes the upload internally. Please note that our team will not double check the content of your file and will upload the data as it is. After the upload is successfully executed, you will receive an email confirmation. In case no upload was possible due to a wrong file format, the team will also get back to you accordingly.
