Overview
The Benchmarks feature in CXP allows you (multi-entity users) to evaluate your performance in the context of competitive market standards. At the core of this functionality are two key components: Benchmark Sets and Benchmarks. A Benchmark Set acts as an organizing structure—much like a folder—within which you can create and manage multiple Benchmarks, each tailored to a specific group of entities (your own and competitors').
For example, if you're analyzing hotel performance across different classification tiers such as luxury and economy, you can create a Benchmark for each tier and group them under a common Benchmark Set named “Scale.” This structure makes it easy to manage large portfolios and draw more precise comparisons between like-for-like properties.
Benchmarks are applied to both your properties and competitor entities, enabling a direct, apples-to-apples comparison based on consistent criteria such as brand, classification, location, or sector.

Note: The TrustYou Survey source includes all survey feedback for the entity, with regards to the organization that collected it. To know more about this read here.
