What is the System status?
The System status section on your homepage gives you quick access to live updates on the overall health of the TrustYou platform and its review data sources. It helps you stay informed and confident that the tools and data you rely on are functioning as expected.
You’ll find two separate status pages, each covering a different aspect of the system:

The system status applies platform-wide, meaning it reflects global TrustYou operations and is not organization-specific. It’s designed to give all users, across all accounts, a consistent and transparent view of any technical disruptions.
