How to access CXP from your mobile phone?

To ensure you have access to the full functionality of CXP on your mobile device, we’ve enabled access via mobile web browsers instead of offering a downloadable app in app stores. This approach guarantees a consistent experience—no matter which device you use.

How can I access CXP on my phone?

To use CXP on your mobile device:

1. Open your preferred mobile web browser.

2. Go to www.cxp.trustyou.com.

3. Sign in with your credentials.

You’ll have access to the full platform—just as you would on desktop.

Note: At the moment, filtering of dashboards is currently not possible in mobile. The KPIs that you see are based on the last filtering applied on web.

How to Install CXP on Your Phone as a Web App

You can install CXP as a shortcut on your mobile home screen for faster access, just like a native app.

On Android (Google Chrome)

1. Open www.cxp.trustyou.com in Chrome.

2. Tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner.

3. Select "Add to Home screen."

4. Optionally rename the shortcut.

5. Tap "Add."

An app icon will now appear on your home screen for easy access.

On iOS (iPhone/iPad using Safari)

1. Open https://login.cxp.trustyou.com/ in Safari.

2. Tap the Share icon (the square with an upward arrow).

3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen."

4. Confirm by tapping "Add."

Note: On iPhone and iPad, this feature is supported only in Safari. Browsers like Chrome do not support adding web apps to the home screen.
