Push to Google is a feature within the Survey module that enables you to drive more Reviews to Google. When activated, this option gives guests the opportunity to copy and paste their Survey feedback directly into Google Reviews. It is typically used in post-stay Surveys to increase visibility and credibility on external platforms.
Once a guest submits their feedback through the Survey, they are redirected to Google to paste the same review, helping your property or brand collect more public-facing Reviews effortlessly.

Feature Details and Configuration Steps
Step 1: Create a “Push to Google” Question
Start by adding a question to your Survey that enables the push-to-Google option.
Use the default question already provided in your account titled Push to Google,
or-
Create a new question:
Set the question type to Checkbox.
Select the purpose as Push to Google.
Step 2: Add the Question to the Questionnaire
After setting up the Push to Google question:
Navigate to the Submit step in your Questionnaire.
Add the Push to Google checkbox question to this step.
This ensures the option appears at the point of submission, right before guests are redirected.
Step 3: (Optional) Pre-select the Checkbox by Default
If you'd like the checkbox to be selected by default—making it even easier for guests to follow through:
Go to the Rules step in the Questionnaire editor.
Scroll to the bottom and locate the Push to Google question.
Expand the question settings.
Toggle on the option: “Pre-select the checkbox by default.”
This encourages more guests to take advantage of the feature without additional effort.
This Is How the Flow Will Look for the Customer
The guest completes their Survey and reaches the final Submit step.
They see a checkbox labeled Push to Google (either selected by default or manually selectable).
Upon clicking Submit, if the checkbox is selected, they are automatically redirected to a Google review page.
Their Survey response is copied to their clipboard.
The guest simply pastes the content and submits the review on Google.
This smooth experience makes it easy for your guests to leave a public review without starting from scratch—leading to more visibility and better engagement.
