Questions are the core component of every Survey in CXP. They define how feedback is collected and later visualized in the Inbox, Reports, or aggregated in the Survey Review dashboard. Each Question acts as a standalone element, collecting data independently from the Survey or questionnaire it belongs to.
You can create and manage Questions directly from the Question Library. Once created, Questions can be reused across different Surveys, ensuring consistency and efficiency in your feedback collection process.
Benefits of the Feature
Centralized management: Create and reuse Questions from a single Question Library.
Custom data collection: Configure different Question types and formats for precise data gathering.
Multilingual support: Translate Questions into multiple languages to engage a global audience.
Improved respondent experience: Customize labels and color thresholds to provide clearer, more intuitive visual cues for respondents during the Survey.
