Questions
The default questions are divided into two groups based on where they appear in the Survey: Content Section and Submit Section.
Content Section Questions
These are the primary questions presented to the respondent during the Survey.
Overall Score: A general rating question applicable to all Survey types.
Review Title: Ideal for post-stay Surveys to capture a headline-style summary.
Review Text: Suitable for collecting detailed guest feedback and overall impressions.
Overall NPS: Measures Net Promoter Score—a key loyalty metric suitable for any Survey type.
Hotel Recommendation: Gathers information on whether the guest would recommend the hotel.
Traveller Type: Typically used in post-stay Surveys to understand the guest profile (e.g., business, family).
Country of Origin: Can be included in any Survey to understand geographical demographics.
Age of Traveller: Optional demographic question for deeper insights.
Gender: Optional demographic question to segment guest responses.
Age Group: Useful for general audience segmentation.
Submit Section Questions
These are shown at the end of the Survey and help collect optional personal or technical information.
