The Survey Submission page is where guests or customers complete and submit their feedback. It serves as the final step in the feedback process, ensuring that all responses are captured and sent back to the TrustYou system for analysis.
URL Structure
Each survey submission page can be accessed through a unique URL with the following format:
https://feedback.cxp.trustyou.com/survey/{organization_id}/{entity_id}/{survey_id}
This structure identifies the organization, entity, and specific survey being answered.
Page Layout and Elements
Language Selector
At the top of the page, there is a language selector. Depending on the survey’s translations, different languages will be available in the dropdown list.

Main Container
The main section of the Survey Submission page includes the following elements:
Banner: If configured, the banner appears at the top of the survey.
Welcome Message: Optional introductory text that greets the respondent.
Survey Questions: All questions configured for that specific survey.
Submit Section: Located at the bottom, where respondents can finalize and submit their feedback.
If the survey has been set up with pagination, users will also see:
Back and Next buttons for navigation.
A progress bar showing completion status.
Footer Section
The footer provides important contextual information and branding details, including:
Mandatory field indicator: “Fields marked with * are mandatory.”
Entity name and address (based on your organization settings)
“by TrustYou” branding mark
