ResponseAI leverages advanced AI technology to generate high-quality responses for online reviews and TrustYou Survey reviews. This feature ensures responses look natural while reducing the effort needed to create new replies from scratch.

Both the title and text of a review are analyzed to craft a tailored response. Reviews without text (only with a score) are also supported.  

ResponseAI is designed to tailor responses to the specific sector of your entity, ensuring they align with the nature of the business. Whether the review pertains to a hotel, restaurant, attraction, or another category, the AI adapts its tone and content to match the industry.

Using ResponseAI

Generate a Response

1. Locate the option: In the review details, click the Generate Response button.
2. Response considerations: The AI can consider the review author’s name and your hotel's name for context.
3. Edit and finalize: If needed, you can adjust the AI-generated response.
4. Respond to the guest: Once satisfied, use the response to reply to the review (copy it and go to the source to paste it).

Language Options

• Default setting: The response is generated in the same language as the review (default: "Auto").
• Custom language: Change the response language if preferred. (the AI will remember this selection unless the cache is cleared).
• Post-generation edits: Language preferences can still be modified after the response is generated.

Translate a Response

• Default translation: The response is translated to the “default translation language” set in your profile settings.
• Custom translation: Change the language as needed.
• Post-translation edits: Adjust the translation even after it’s generated.
