The Rules Based on Visit Data feature allows you to control which questions appear in a Survey based on visit-specific data received from your Property Management System (PMS). This includes both standard and custom visit data points such as a guest’s first name, room number, loyalty program membership, or arrival date.
This powerful enhancement increases the flexibility of the Questionnaire Editor, enabling organizations to create more personalized and dynamic Surveys that reflect both guest responses and real-time visit context.
Benefits of the Feature
Personalized Guest Experience: Display questions that are relevant to the guest's stay details, such as their loyalty status or room type.
Dynamic Surveys: Adapt the Survey content based on contextual data, creating a tailored experience for each guest.
Better Targeting: Gather more accurate and relevant data by targeting the right guests with the right questions.
Flexible Configuration: Leverage both standard and custom visit data points for maximum control.
