The Reviews dashboard in CXP helps you track guest feedback performance across your organization. It gives you a visual and data-driven breakdown of how your customers are rating you, how frequently you’re receiving reviews, and how well your team is responding to them. This view is essential for understanding your online reputation and optimizing your operations.
You’ll see different widgets and tabs designed to help you easily monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like Reputation Performance Score (RPS), Reviews, Response Rate and TrustYou Score over time and by different segments.
Note: The TrustYou Survey source includes all survey feedback for the entity, with regards to the organization that collected it. To know more about this read here.
