CXP modules
From the main cards, you will be able to navigate to the most important platform modules. Of course, you can also access those modules directly from the sidebar on the left.
The main modules of the platform are:
- Inbox
- Insights containing all dashboards
- Tools where you configure different parts of the platform
Knowledge base
We have included a full section to guide from the different knowledge sources that we have available so you can make the best out of the platform. How would we recommend you use those links is as follows:
- Whenever you have a doubt on the platform, check out our Support agent, this tool should be able to answer most of the questions related to the platform. Of course, our agent does not know about specific information about your property, like why an RPS score looks like that, but can support with any general question about functionality
- If the agent cannot support you, please use our Help Manual. This is the source of truth for all the features available in the platform and you can find there detailed explanations on how everything works
- When you want to know more about the platform directly from our experts, you can always book a webinar slot, where our Customer Success Team is willing to explain you all the details and tricks of the features available.
