Overview

SummaryAI is a powerful feature within the CXP platform that provides automated weekly summaries of your customer Reviews. It helps you instantly understand the key themes and issues raised by customers without having to manually read through each individual Review. In addition to the summary, SummaryAI generates suggestions, making it easy for you to prioritize improvements and take meaningful action. This feature will be available for single entity users.

Note: Only those reviews are considered for generation of summary and suggestions which has text available. Also, this feature is only available on Professional plans.

Feature details and explanation

  • Time frame: SummaryAI only analyzes Reviews from the past week—defined as Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
  • Availability: Weekly summaries become available to generate every Tuesday after 06:00 UTC.
  • Shared summaries: Once a summary is generated by any user in your organization for a specific Entity, it becomes accessible to all users within the same organization and entity. The summary will display the username of the person who generated it.
  • Suggestions: Each summary includes suggestions derived from the Review content to help guide operational or service improvements.
  • History tab: All previously generated weekly summaries are stored in the History tab for ongoing reference and comparison.

  • Summary rating: You can rate the generated summary to provide feedback on its accuracy and helpfulness. 

  • Copy summary: You can easily copy the generated summary and suggestions items text to share it with others or include it in reports and presentations.

     

How to generate a weekly summary

  • Click on SummaryAI from the Home page
    Access the feature directly from the main navigation.

     

  • Navigate to the Summary tab and click on Generate Summary

    • On click of "Generate summary" you will be able to generate the summary for the past week.

 

  • If summary is already generated by someone within your entity and organization:
    • If the summary for the past week has already been generated—either by you or another team member—you will see the existing summary instead of the generate option. Here, you will be able to view the date range considered for generating the summary along with the number of reviews considered.

  • Copy 

    • You will be able to copy the summary along with suggestions using the copy icon.

  • Rating 

    • You can rate the summary and suggestions.

 

  • Visit the History tab to view older summaries

    • All summaries from past weeks are stored here and accessible anytime.

    • Copy - You will be able to copy the summary along with suggestions using the copy icon.
    • Rating - You can rate the summary and suggestions.
