Benefits
Views in the Review Inbox simplify the process of accessing specific sets of reviews by saving customized filter settings. This feature helps you streamline workflows, monitor important feedback, and save time by eliminating the need to reapply filters repeatedly.
By effectively managing views, you can organize your review data, prioritize tasks, and ensure you stay on top of what matters most in your review management process.
Understanding and using Views
Creating a New View
You can save your preferred filter settings as a reusable view. Here’s how:
- Add Filters: Apply the filters you want to save.
- Save as View: Click on the "Save filters as View" button, provide a name for the view, and save it.
Managing Views
The Manage tab lets you organize and maintain your saved views:
- Sort Saved Views: Arrange views in a way that works best for your workflow.
- Delete Views: Remove views you no longer need to keep your list streamlined.
Note: Views cannot be directly edited. To modify an existing view, follow the steps below.
Modifying an existing View
Since views are not editable, updates involve creating a new view and deleting the old one:
- Select a View: Open the view you want to modify.
- Click "Filters": Adjust the filters as needed.
- Save new View: Save the updated filters as a new view by clicking "Save filters as View" and assigning a name.
- Delete old View: Navigate to the Manage tab and delete the outdated view.
Default View
The Review Inbox includes a default view that is preconfigured and cannot be edited or deleted. Its settings include:
- Status: Unresponded (Read, Unread), Mark as responded, Response confirmed
- Time range: Last 7 days
- Scores: All Scores
- Sources: All Sources
- Languages: All languages
- Categories: All categories
- Subcategories: All categories
- Entities: All entities (or a maximum of 250)
- Show answerable reviews only: Disabled
Best Practices for Using Views
- Create multiple views tailored to specific tasks, such as tracking unresponded reviews or low ratings from the last week.
- Use clear and descriptive names for your views to quickly identify them in the Manage tab.
- Regularly review your saved views and delete outdated ones to maintain an organized list.
By utilizing views effectively, you can optimize your experience with the Review Inbox, ensuring you focus on feedback that drives the most impact.
