Your Insights dashboards aren't updated in real time. New survey submissions, reviews, and score changes show up after our next scheduled sync, which runs twice a day.
Sync Schedule
Syncs start at 03:30 and 17:30 Berlin time, every day. In UTC, that's:

A sync usually finishes within an hour of starting.
Note: On Sundays, the afternoon sync starts 30 minutes earlier (17:00 Berlin time). The morning slot runs a full weekly refresh instead, so morning data can show up several hours later than usual.
TrustYou Score
The TrustYou Score is calculated once a day, overnight. It updates with the morning sync only.
Examples (Winter Time)
- A survey submitted at 10:00 UTC appears after the 16:30 UTC sync, usually by about 17:30 UTC.
- A survey submitted at 18:00 UTC appears after the next morning's 02:30 UTC sync.
Reviews
A new review first has to be collected from the review site. That can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. It appears on your dashboards with the first sync after it's collected.
