Our platform collects and processes review data from publicly available sources and, where applicable, from sources provided by our customers or data directly collected on behalf of our customers. The purpose of this processing is to structure, analyze, and visualize the information so it can be more easily understood and processed.
Please note:
- Third-Party Reviews
Our technical solution analyzes review data from across the web including collected reviews from our customers. Analysis is performed on overall review scores, published date, and text for style and semantics. It operates without human involvement. We use a weighted algorithm, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total calculation. We do not verify whether third-party reviews originate from real individuals, whether the reviewers have actually used the relevant products or services, or whether the content is factually correct. No systematic authenticity or accuracy checks are performed. The opinions expressed in these reviews belong solely to the original authors and do not reflect the views of TrustYou. The results should not be relied upon as definitive, and no warranty, whether express or implied, is given regarding their completeness, correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We act as a data processor and distributor of review content, not as the publisher. Any forms of review data displays are published by our customers. - Surveys Conducted via Our Platform
For surveys that are created and distributed through our platform, we perform technical and procedural checks to help ensure data quality and detect irregularities limited to duplicate responses or suspicious patterns. While these measures enhance reliability, they do not eliminate all risks of manipulation or error. - Customer Use
Our customers remain fully responsible for how they use, present, or share review data and survey data, particularly in contexts involving consumers or regulatory requirements (e.g., advertising, competition, or consumer protection law).
