Benefits of language selection

Setting a preferred language enhances your user experience by tailoring the platform to your language of choice. This ensures clarity and consistency across the interface for your individual use across all your subscriptions in one organization.

Description of the feature

The language selection feature allows users to personalize their platform experience by selecting their preferred language. This setting only impacts the individual user making the change and does not affect other users in the organization.

To set your preferred language:

1. Navigate to your Profile.
2. Open the General submenu.
3. Locate the Language option and select your desired language from the available choices:
   • Chinese
   • English
   • French
   • German
   • Italian
   • Japanese
   • Portuguese
   • Russian
   • Spanish

Important considerations

• Certain platform elements, such as source category names, are directly pulled from the source and remain untranslated regardless of the selected language.
• If you switch to a different organization from the one where the language was configured, that configuration will not apply. You will need to configure your preferred language separately for each organization.
