Surveys provide a unique opportunity to gather detailed feedback that goes beyond online reviews. With Surveys, you can ask customized questions to suit your specific insights needs and cover different stages of the customer journey, such as on-site experiences, pre-stay interactions, or food and beverage services. By tailoring questions, you gain deeper insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Overview of the Survey Manager
To access the Surveys available for your scope, navigate to the Survey Manager tab. Here, you will find a comprehensive overview of all your Surveys, including:
- Survey name
- Number of questionnaires included within each Survey.
- Number of entities assigned to those questionnaires.
- Public distribution channels available for each Survey
- Email distribution settings for each Survey
- Last updated timestamp
By clicking on a specific Survey, you can view detailed information, such as:
- The list of entities linked to that Survey ("By entity" tab).
- To see how the Survey looks, click on the "Preview" button, this will opened the Survey in a new tab on a preview mode that won't impact the Survey statistics.
- To see the distribution channels available for each entity, click on "Distribution". This will open a section with the specific URLs for each channel and, option to download an image for the QR code channel, and the available email distribution channels configured.
- The list of questionnaires created for that Survey ("By questionnaire" tab)
