Key metrics
Reputation Performance Score (RPS)
Formerly known as Performance Score, RPS is the arithmetic average of review scores for the selected timeframe. All reviews are treated equally, regardless of how recent they are.
Reviews
This represents the total number of reviews collected during the selected timeframe.
Response Rate
The Response Rate measures the percentage of reviews that have been responded to during the selected timeframe. It accounts only for reviews from platforms that allow responses and includes only published responses.
TrustYou Score
The TrustYou Score is calculated using a proprietary algorithm that places more weight on recent reviews. It covers the past 24 months of data, offering a well-rounded view of entity performance, irrespective of the selected timeframe.
Sentiment Score
The Sentiment Score represents the percentage of positive mentions out of the total mentions for a specific category or subcategory. Alongside the Sentiment Score, we display the number of positive, neutral, and negative mentions, as well as the total mentions used for the calculation.
Main categories tracked include Cleanliness, Room, and Service. Use the "Category" filter on the right-hand side to focus on the areas most relevant to you.
CompIndexes
This metric calculates the ratio of the mentioned KPI to the average mentioned KPI of your competitors.
- Value > 1: Your KPI is higher than the competitors' average.
- Value < 1: Your KPI is lower than the competitors' average.
Additional metrics
Impact Score
The Impact Score measures how your RPS would change if all mentions from the top five positive and negative subcategories by mentions were removed from the calculation. Keep in mind that the category filter does not affect the impact score.
Reviews by Segment
Provides a breakdown of Reviews based on:
-
Source: The platforms where the Reviews were posted.
-
Language: The language in which Reviews were written.
-
Rating: Distribution of Reviews from 1 to 5 stars.
Source Score for Top 5 sources
