View subscription information in the user drawer

Benefits

When managing users across multiple subscriptions, it's important to know which subscription a user belongs to. Displaying this info right in the user drawer gives admins a quick way to verify and navigate to subscription details without switching views or contacting support.

How it works

In the user drawer, you'll see the following subscription information:

• Subscription name

• Plan

• Owner name and email

• Status

Just like in the entity drawer, if the owner’s name isn’t available, you’ll see their email or “Not available”.

For Enterprise users with Organization owner or Organization admin roles, a clickable Arrow link appears next to the subscription name. Clicking this link takes you directly to the relevant Subscription Details page in the Subscriptions section.
