Definitions
Goal
A Goal is a measurable objective assigned to one or more Entities within your Organization, aimed at reaching a target value for a specific KPI within a defined timeframe.
To create a goal, the following fields are required:
-
Name – A label to easily identify it in dashboard filters.
-
Type – Either:
-
Organization: Set by Headquarters and only editable by Organization Admins.
-
Custom: Can be created by any user with admin rights and assigned to relevant Entities.
-
-
Timeframe – Start and end date defining the evaluation period.
-
Source – Indicates the review sources considered for progress tracking (select All to include all review providers, including TrustYou Survey).
-
KPI – The metric tracked. Supported KPIs include:
-
TrustYou Score (coming soon)
-
RPS (Reputation Performance Score)
-
Number of Reviews
-
Response Rate
-
Sentiment Score (by category)
-
-
Entities – The Entities assigned to the goal, each with a specific Target value to reach.
Open Goal
A goal with an end date in the future. These are active goals where progress can still be made.
Closed Goal
A goal with an end date in the past. Once the goal is closed, performance values are no longer updated.
Target
A Target is the objective value for a specific entity assigned to a goal. Each entity has one of four possible target statuses:
-
-
On Target: The current KPI value is above the assigned target while the goal is still open.
-
Below Target: The current KPI value is below the assigned target while the goal is still open.
-
Achieved: The final KPI value exceeded the target when the goal ended.
-
Not Achieved: The final KPI value fell short of the target at the goal’s end date.
