Filters are consistent across all dashboards, with some filters that repeat in all dashboards that we call common filters and others that are only available in specific dashboards called dedicated filters.
Common Filters
These filters are available across all dashboards for single an multi entity dashboards:
- Date: Select a date range to view data for the specified period.
- Source: Filter data by one or multiple sources.
These filters are only available for multi-entity dashboards:
- Entity: View data for selected entities.
- Brand: View data for selected brands.
- Country: Filter data by one or more countries.
- City: Focus on data from specific cities.
- Custom Segments: Use custom segments created within your organization to refine data views. For detailed information on how to create custom segments and enable them in dashboards, please see: Manage Segments.
- Sector: Filter by one or more sectors.
Special Filters
This filters are specific for certain dashboards. These are the dashboards for which the special filters are available:
Sentiment
- Category/Subcategory: Focus on specific categories or subcategories of sentiment analysis.
Competitors (single entity only)
- Entity: Select the entities for which the comparison is being made. The entity filter includes the own entity and the competitor's one.
- Category/Subcategory: Focus on specific categories or subcategories of sentiment analysis. This filter is available in the Sentiment, Competitors and Benchmarks Dashboards
Benchmarks (multi entity only)
- Benchmark Set: Choose a Benchmark Set before selecting a specific Benchmark. The set is a sort of folder that groups benchmarks of the same type.
- Benchmark: Select the benchmark for which you want to perform the market analysis. This filter is dependent of the Benchmark Set one, that must be selected first.
- Category/Subcategory: Focus on specific categories or subcategories of sentiment analysis.
Survey reviews
- Survey: Select the survey for which you want to analyze the data in the dashboard.
- Traveler Type: Filter the dashboard by the selected traveler type. This filter shows values only if the basic traveler type question is used.
- Nationality: Filter the dashboard by the selected nationality. This filter shows values only if the basic nationality question is used.
- Age: Filter the dashboard by the selected age. This filter shows values only if the basic age question is used.
- Gender: Filter the dashboard by the selected gender. This filter shows values only if the basic gender question is used.
- Overall Score: Filter the dashboard by the selected overall score. This filter shows values only if the basic overall score question is used.
- NPS: Filter the dashboard by the selected NPS. This filter shows values only if the basic NPS question is used.
- Custom Questions: Select a specific custom question for which you want to filter the dashboard. You can select up to 3 custom question filters that limit further the data shown.
- Custom Question's answer: Once the custom question is selected, select the answers for which you want to filter the dashboard. This is a dependent filter, so the custom question filter always must be selected first.
Survey statistics
- Channel: Select the channel that was used to collect survey reviews.
