What the users page offers
The users page provides a variety of tools and features to help you efficiently manage your subscription users. Here's what you can do:
- Manage users: Invite new users, update their access scope, change roles, and remove users from a subscription.
- Sort: Organize your users using sorting options to quickly locate them.
- Search functionality: Use advanced search tools to find specific users in seconds.
- Access groups: Easily manage groups to control permissions and share scopes.
These features make managing users intuitive and efficient, enabling you to focus on what matters most to your organization.
Important considerations
- For Enterprise subscriptions, adding new users must be done via the subscription page. However, you can still remove users and perform all other management tasks directly from the users page.
- Admin visibility and hierarchy: Admins who do not have the "All" scope or who only have access to a single entity within the subscription will not see other admins with the same or higher scope, nor will they see the owner of the organization on the users page. This hierarchy ensures that admins can only view and manage users with a lower level of access.
