The Benchmarks dashboard provides a comparative analysis of your organization’s main KPIs against those of competitor segments. Segments include categories like Brand, Source, Country and City. The Benchmarks dashboard is made of 3 dashboards: Overview, Reviews and Sentiment.

Overview
Benchmark Set overview
Shows a comparison of all the benchmarks included in one set and type. This allows to have a high level overview of the main KPIs for each Benchmark.
Reviews
Own KPI
For the specific KPI shows the average value of all entities in the benchmark against the average value of all competitors in the benchmark.
KPI CompIndex
This metric calculates the ratio of your KPI to the average KPI of your competitors.
- Value > 1: Your KPI average is higher than the competitors' average.
- Value < 1: Your KPI average is lower than the competitors' average.
Sentiment
Own Category
For the specific category shows the average value of all entities in the benchmark against the average value of all competitors in the benchmark.
Category CompIndex
This metric calculates the ratio of your category sentiment score to the average category sentiment score of your competitors.
- Value > 1: Your sentiment score average is higher than the competitors' average.
- Value < 1: Your sentiment score average is lower than the competitors' average.

Reviews
KPI: own vs competitors over time
Show the selected average KPI evolution over time for your entities in the benchmark and the competitors in the benchmark.
KPI: own brands vs competitors
Compares the average KPI of the brands included in your benchmark. Each score is calculated as the average of all review scores for competitors in that brand.
KPI: own vs competitors
Compares the average KPI for segments like Source, Country, or City, with averages calculated across competitors in the selected segment.
Sentiment
Category Sentiment Score: own vs competitors over time
This metric compares the average Sentiment Score of the mentioned category with the average Sentiment Score of competitors across all categories. If you use the tab "Selected category", you can use the "Category" filter on the right side to choose the category for which you want to do an over time analysis.
Sentiment Score: own vs competitors by category
This table compares, for all your categories your average Sentiment Score vs the average Sentiment Score of your competitors in the benchmark.
Sentiment Score: own vs competitors top 5 categories by brand
Provides a detailed comparison of your Sentiment Score with the individual Sentiment Scores of your competitors for the top 5 categories by brand.
Sentiment Score: own vs competitors top 5 categories by segment
Provides a detailed comparison of your Sentiment Score with the individual Sentiment Scores of your competitors for the top 5 categories by segment.
