From the Reports section in the sidebar, you can create one-time or scheduled reports for all your dashboards.
If you have previously created reports, they will be displayed in this section for easy access and management.
How to Create a New Report
Creating a report involves four simple steps:
Step 1: Select the Dashboard
Choose the dashboard from which you want to create the report. Note that it is not possible to mix widgets from different dashboards in the same report. The report will be generated in Excel format by default.
Step 2: Apply Filters
Select the filters you want to apply to your report. These filters will determine the data included in the report. In this step, you will also see an overview of the widgets that can be included and the type of information each widget provides.
Step 3: Choose Widgets
- You’ll see checkboxes on top of each widget, allowing for individual selection.
- Use the Select All checkbox if you want to include all widgets at once.
⚠️ Important: If your organization is using custom segments, the widget title will appear as KPIs by SegmentX, where X is a number. To identify which segment it refers to, check the first column of the widget. This naming limitation is due to the BI tool's handling of the dynamic nature of custom segments.
Step 4: Track your selection
- A chip in the top right corner displays the number of selected widgets.
- Click on the chip to view all selected widgets along with related widgets, conveniently grouped together.
Step 5: Finalize and Configure Delivery
- Once all widgets are selected, click the Next button at the bottom right corner to proceed with report delivery.
- The Next button remains inactive until at least one widget is selected.
- Add users who should receive the report. Only existing users can be selected as recipients.
- Assign a name to your report for easy identification.
- Decide if you want to receive this report as a one time or with a recurrent schedule. One-time reports are delivered to your email inbox a single time, while scheduled reports can be set to arrive daily, weekly, or monthly at a certain time of the day.
Report Delivery
Once created, reports can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox, depending on the amount of data included.
Download again and re-generate report
When clicking the three dots icon next to a scheduled or one-time report, you’ll see two handy options: Download again and Generate again. These options help you get updated data or retrieve past reports quickly and easily.
Generate again
This option lets you create a new version of an existing report—using the same KPIs and filters—but with data from the most recent timeframe. It’s available for both one-time and scheduled reports.
Use this when you want a fresh report based on the same setup, without needing to go through all the steps of creating a new one.
For example, if you generated a report three months ago using the “Last month” timeframe, clicking Generate again will now show data from the most recent month. The updated report will be sent to the same recipients as the original, usually within 30 minutes.
Important: This only works with relative timeframes like “This month” or “Last year.” If the original report used fixed dates (like “April 1–30”), the data won’t be updated.
Download again
This option downloads the last successfully generated version of a report as an Excel file. It doesn’t create new data—it just gives you the same file again. Perfect if you’ve deleted or misplaced the original.
Important:
For scheduled reports, only the most recent version is available.
The report must be less than 30 days old to be downloaded.
If the last successful report was generated more than 30 days ago, it won’t be available for download.
