Key metrics
Overall Score
The Overall Score represents the arithmetic average of the overall score question for the selected timeframe. Recent reviews are not given extra weight in this calculation.
Response Rate
The Response Rate measures the percentage of survey reviews that have been publicly responded to during the selected timeframe. Private responses are not included in this calculation.
Reviews
The Reviews metric reflects the total number of survey reviews collected during the selected timeframe.
Score questions
The Score Questions widget displays all the score results for questions of the "score" type in the selected survey.
NPS questions
The NPS Questions widget shows all the Net Promoter Score (NPS) results for questions of the "NPS" type in the selected survey.
Other questions
The Other Questions widget presents all answers to questions of the "single-select" or "multi-select" types in the selected survey.
Additional metrics
Traveler type breakdown
The Traveler Type Breakdown provides a split of your reviews and the overall scores for different traveler type groups. This feature is available only when traveler type questions are included in the survey.
