Overview
The Competitors dashboard provides a detailed view of your market standing by comparing your performance metrics with those of your direct competitors. It is made of 3 dashboards: Overview (multi-entity only), Reviews and Sentiment for a better clarity of the metrics and the filter usage.

Key metrics
Overview (multi-entity only)
% of entities with KPI above competitors
It provides you in percentage the number of entities in your scope where the indicated KPI is above the competitors.
Reviews
KPI CompIndex
This metric calculates the ratio of your KPI to the average KPI of your competitors.
- Value > 1: Your KPI is higher than the competitors' average.
- Value < 1: Your KPI is lower than the competitors' average.
Sentiment
Category CompIndex
This metric calculates the ratio of your Category Sentiment Score to the average Category Sentiment Score of your competitors.
- Value > 1: Your Category Sentiment Score is higher than the competitors' average.
- Value < 1: Your Category Sentiment Score is lower than the competitors' average.

Overview (multi-entity only)
% of entities with KPI above competitors over time
Analyzes how the percentage of Entities outperforming their competitors for the selected KPI evolves over time.
Main KPIs: own vs competitors
Shows for each of the entities in your scope, the CompIndex for the main KPIs.
Main KPIs: own vs competitors by entity
Shows for each of the entities in your scope, the detailed comparison with each of the competitors of the entity in the main KPIs.
Sentiment Score: own vs competitors top 5 categories by entity
Shows for each of the entities in your scope, the detailed comparison of the top 5 categories between your entity and its competitors
Reviews
KPI: own vs competitors over time
Show the selected KPI evolution over time for your entity and all of its competitors.
KPI: own vs competitors
This comparison highlights the differences between your KPI and the average KPI of competitors.
KPI: own vs competitors by source
Compares your RPS by each of the individual sources.
Sentiment
Category Sentiment Score: own vs competitors
This metric compares the Sentiment Score of the mentioned category with the average Sentiment Score of competitors across all categories. If you use the tab "Selected category", you can use the "Category" filter on the right side to choose the category for which you want to do an over time analysis.
Sentiment Score: own vs competitors by category
This table compares, for all your categories your Sentiment Score vs the average Sentiment Score of your competitors. You have CompIndex column to easily identify in which categories you are above your competitors.
Sentiment Score: own vs competitors top 5 categories by entities
Provides a detailed comparison of your Sentiment Score with the individual Sentiment Scores of your competitors for the top 5 categories by entity.

Provides a detailed comparison of your Sentiment Score with the individual Sentiment Scores of your competitors for the top 5 categories by source.
