Login

In order to access cxp, go to www.cxp.trustyou.com and login to your account. If you don't have a user, you can create one, however you cannot use CXP until you are invited to an organization.

Email invite

You should have received an invitation on your email address to start using CXP

Create your account

By clicking on the "Create Your Account" button on the email invite or pasting the link in the browser you will access the CXP login page:

If it is the first time you are accessing CXP you have 2 options:

1. Use Google/Microsoft Single Sign On
   • Use the same email account where you have received your CXP invitation.
2. Register
   • Provide your name, email and password to create a user. Remember to use the same email address where you have received your CXP invitation. You can setup the same password that you are currently using to access TrustYou.

Next time you log in you can either use the email and password you created or continue using your  preferred SSO.

Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password and used your email to log in to CXP, you can reset it easily. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the CXP login page.
2. Click on the Forgot password? link.
3. Enter the email address you use to log in.
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset email.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Once you complete the steps, you’ll be able to log in to your account with your new password.
